Does anybody have an explanation?

This morning I purchased a tank of gas for $2.08 a gallon. I drove to the other side of town to run a quick errand. When I returned one hour later, the same gas station now had the same fuel priced at $2.15 a gallon. The price jumped seven cents in one hour. What is up with that?

The same thing happened to me on Thursday. Gas is usually a few cents less on the western side of town. When I go to my mothers, I usually get gas over there. On my way yesterday I stopped and it was 207. On my way home it was 2.15. I don't know why but that was a lot in one day. Gay

It's called the free enterprize system!! Price changes only happen when the guy at the "store" has a chance to change the sign. Here's your sign!!! A better marketing plan would be to change the prices at closing time or at least at night, that way you wouldn't notice it as much. However, when you have a monopoly you can do as you wish. Oh, you say "they don't have a monopoly? Why then do they all change their prices essentially at the same time and to the same cost per gallon? FREE ENTERPRIZE!! I got it, you want it, this is my price!!!
